The FJ type integrated water purifier of domestic drinking water grade has pretreatment part (coarse and fine particle separation device) and controllable reverse system, and the integrated water purifier of internal special coating of drinking water grade has no small tube design, which can run steadily for a long time and meet the national standard GB 5749-2006 standard of domestic drinking water.

一（yī）体（tǐ）化净水（shuǐ）装置（zhì）和城市（shì）供水厂（chǎng）的净化流程一样。它（tā）有：混凝（níng）池、沉淀池（chí）、过滤池、水（shuǐ）质稳定装置、反冲洗装置、水泵（bèng）及（jí）电气（qì）控制柜。现分（fèn）别介绍如下：

       1、混凝池：投（tóu）加混凝（níng）剂的原水（shuǐ）由进水管进入混凝池内，用特制的（de）搅拌（bàn）机搅动，使（shǐ）水中的悬浮（fú）物和混（hún）凝（níng）剂充分接（jiē）触反应形成矾花（huā）。

       2、沉淀室：水经加混凝剂混凝（níng）后形成（chéng）矾花，流到设备的沉淀池（chí）内（nèi）进行沉淀（diàn），沉淀池采用斜管（guǎn）沉淀法，经过梯形斜（xié）板沉淀室沉淀（diàn）完成（chéng）固（gù）液分离，沉淀下来的（de）污泥排入泥斗。

       3、过滤池：经沉淀后（hòu）的水流（liú）到过滤池过（guò）滤，滤池结构（gòu）：底部为（wéi）布水管（guǎn），中部为石英砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤速度为10m/h，最后清水流到清水（shuǐ）池内消毒处（chù）理后饮（yǐn）用。过滤池（chí）反冲周期（qī）为12小时左右（yòu），反冲时（shí）间为5-10分钟。

一（yī）体化净水器适用（yòng）于江、河、湖、水库等以地表水为水源的给（gěi）水工程的（de）水质净水，中水回用、及煤矿尾矿水（shuǐ）、洗煤水（shuǐ）、浴（yù）池、游（yóu）泳池、洗车场（chǎng）、造纸、印染、电镀（dù）和其它（tā）工业废水的水质净化。
